Right now, your Silverlight 2 project is set as your startup project. Set your Web Site as the startup project with the Loading_ImagesTutorial.html file as your startup page.
That should get everything working properly :)

You need to bring more clarity in your questions. Has your GC been approved and you are waiting for it to arrive in mail? or it is still pending approval. You do not need any visa to leave US. You will need it to get back in.

Hi ,
One of my friends applied for his GC thru a consulting company which he does not work for...He used to work for the company but left that company before he decided to file with them...Since he has good relations with the company, they decided to file for him.
The company recently filed his I140 but they got a RFE on I140. INS wants to know why does the company want to hire him and why he left the company in the first place..does anyone in the forum has a similar experience to share...The RFE is actually for the conmpany but the owner wants my friend to write a letter and mail it to the lawyer. Any help is appreciated.

I have my I 140 approved long time back--Dec 2006 (I dont know which service center). So it was not concurrent filing.
If that's the case why people in this forum are so concerned about Texas SC. By that nobody on July 2nd should have filed to Texas, unless he/she is doing concurrent!

There is NO WAY to update ur answer on the poll.
I did see my checks cashed today and the application was received on July 2 by PITCHER.

I applied for I-140 and I-485 in August 2007...my PD is sept. 2005, Eb3....
...I saw online the following message for I-140( I don't know what RFE was about:
Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.
"On January 24, 2008, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done."
My notice date for I-140 is Oct. 4th 2007 and receipt date is August 16th 2007...I've done my fingerprints in december 2007...my question is:....
......does it mean that Uscis will approve or deny I-140 within 60 days like they said above...even though the processing times for I-140 in Nebraska is Jan 2007?

I dont think you will need them . I am also filing premium 140 and lawyer has nOT asked for all I94s ..ONly the recent one..Dont worry much if you dont have all of them

Unfortunately that's how it usually works - dependants' NC is cleared quickly, but the primary applicant's NC is not. Dependants cannot get approvals ahead of the primary applicant. So the whole family is forced to pay for EAD and AP extensions. Talk about generating revenue...

Kudos to Senator Chuck Schumer for raising the profile of a serious issue - discrimination against same-sex partners in US immigration law. In McDonald v. Chicago, The Supreme Court reasserted today that individuals have the right to retain guns at both the State and Local levels. The Majority consisting of conservative justices---- Alito, Roberts, Scalia, Thomas, and Kennedy based their decision on the history of the second Amendment, where militias were given the right to protect their farmlands. At that time we had no organized police force, we had no justice system in place.
Who are the militias of today? The KKK-- the uneducated people, who generally do not work, collect welfare checks, and blame all their owes on the colored people and now the "illegal immigrants."
If the Supreme Court grants the right to local levels to enact gun controls, one can only speculate for instance what kind of gun control laws Maricopa COunty in Arizona will enact.
Due Process protects every "individual"; it does not say "citizens". And just like every individual has the right to protect themselves with weapons, every individuals also have the more fundamental right to live.
Although the justices said that the Second Amendment allows for a reasonable restriction of guns, their rationale based on history of the second Amendment gives the militias a carte blanche right to bear arms. This can indeed set a dangerous precedence.

I have a simply question, not urgent, not immediate
I moved to a different place (same city), but my wife is out of country. I am trying to file AR-11 for change of address, but it is asking for Last Port of entry. Is AR11 needed only for people who are currently in the country.
